Why Vein Heal

Vascular services are our specialty.

We do not split attention across other service lines. Everything we staff, write and run is vascular, built around the real constraints of a working practice.

For the practice

A new service line without a hire, a build-out or a pause in the work you already do. You keep the patients, the physician of record and the billing.

  • No salaried vascular hire to justify up front
  • Credentialed staff on the days you actually run
  • Referrals that used to leave stay in the practice
  • Start per diem, scale when the volume is there
How a line gets built

For the physician

Clinical authority stays with you. We bring the vascular half, the people who run the studies and the protocols they run them by.

  • Protocol library for testing and procedures
  • RVT, RVS and vascular-trained nurses, credential verified
  • Equipment specified by people who use it
  • Quality documentation maintained, not reconstructed
Meet the team

For your patients

Venous disease assessed and treated where they already come, instead of a referral out that many of them never follow.

  • Diagnosis in the practice they already trust
  • Standardized protocols across every session
  • Fewer handoffs between offices
  • Quality assurance at every step

How we work

Five phases from first assessment to an accredited vascular line.

01/05
  1. Phase 01Weeks 1-2

    Assessment & Planning

We review how your practice handles vascular patients today: referrals, rooms, documentation and staff. Then we write a plan with clear steps, dates and measures.

    • Full operational assessment
    • Gap analysis against accreditation standards
    • Customized plan with timelines and KPIs
Vein Heal consultant reviewing vascular operations with practice staff
  2. Phase 02Weeks 3-8

    Implementation

Protocols, workflows and equipment are put in place in an order that fits around your existing schedule, so the rest of the practice keeps running.

    • Workflow and patient-flow redesign
    • Vein treatment protocol development
    • Equipment selection and setup guidance
State of the art venous duplex ultrasound and vein ablation equipment
  3. Phase 03Months 2-6

    Team Enablement & Support

Credentialed staff run the studies on your days, and we support your clinical and front desk teams until the new protocols are routine.

    • On-site operational guidance
    • Per diem RVT and vascular technologist coverage
    • Quality assurance and competency documentation
Vein Heal clinical specialists supporting a partner practice team
  4. Phase 043-5 Months

    Accreditation

Once the line is established, we prepare the application and documentation with you and coordinate the survey. 98% of the facilities we have guided were accredited.

    • Policy and procedure development
    • Application and survey coordination
    • IAC / AAAHC standards alignment
Clinician documenting a vein procedure to accreditation standards
  5. Phase 05Ongoing

    Optimization & Growth

Quality reporting, compliance kept current, and more days or services added as your volume grows.

    • Quarterly quality metrics reporting
    • Renewal and compliance readiness
    • Capacity and service line expansion
Before and after results of an optimized vein treatment program

Questions

What practice teams ask us first.

Have a question related to your practice?

Ask a question
What does Vein Heal actually do for a practice?

We supply the vascular half of a service line so you do not have to build one. That means credentialed personnel on the days you run, a protocol library for testing and procedures, equipment specification, quality assurance documentation and accreditation support. You keep the physician of record, the patients and the billing.

How is this different from just hiring a technologist?

A hire is a salary commitment made before you know the volume, and it leaves protocol design, quality documentation and accreditation with someone who has other work to do. We start at per diem coverage so a practice can test demand first, and the protocols and quality program come with the people.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Discovery takes about two weeks. Program design adds two to four. First sessions typically run within eight weeks of signing. Accreditation, where a practice wants it, adds three to five months after the line is established.

Do you provide staffing as well as consulting?

Staffing is the core of it. We place registered vascular technologists (RVT), registered vascular specialists (RVS) and vascular-trained nurses on per diem, contract or long-term assignments across partner practices, credential-verified before the first assignment.

Which accreditations do you support?

We support vascular testing accreditation to IAC standards, and AAAHC standards where they apply, covering policy development, quality management programs, staff competency documentation, equipment calibration records and patient safety protocols.
